Purchases

What's free, and what does the full game add?

Free: the tutorial, the whole Club Open tournament, the Daily Match, and Training and Free Play at six venues. The full game adds the rest of the Season Tour (City Championships and Tour Finals), every season after that, and six more venues in every mode. It's a single one-time purchase: Full Game, or the Founders Pack, which includes the full game plus a set of Founder cosmetics.

I bought the Full Game. Can I still get the Founder cosmetics?

Yes, without paying for the game twice. Once you own the Full Game, the Founders card in Locker → Collections offers the Founder Set: the same Founder cosmetics, without the game you already have.

My purchase isn't showing, or I got a new phone.

Open Settings → Restore Purchases (it's also on the purchase screen) while signed in to the same Apple account you bought with. Everything you've bought comes back. If a purchase says it's pending, it will unlock automatically once the payment clears.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Do cosmetics or purchases affect gameplay?

No. Hats, capes, rackets and other cosmetics are purely visual. No purchase makes your shots better or your opponents easier, and there are no ads and no random rewards.

Playing

How do I control my shots?

Move with the left stick and swipe the right stick to swing: the direction and timing of your swipe shape the shot. Tap the lob button for a lob. You can replay the tutorial any time from Training.

I left a match halfway through.

Unfinished matches are saved as you play. Choose Save & Quit from the pause menu, then pick up where you left off from Resume on the main menu. Starting a new match replaces the saved one.

A venue says "Unlock".

That venue is part of the full game. You can still preview it from the venue picker; playing there needs the Full Game or the Founders Pack.

When does the Daily Match change?

A new Daily Match arrives each day at midnight, your device's local time.

How do I share a highlight clip?

After a great point, tap Share on the replay. iOS will ask for permission to record the screen; the clip is made on your phone and opens the normal share sheet. Nothing is uploaded by the app.

Progress and Data

I lost my progress, or I'm moving to a new phone.

Career progress, your Locker and achievements are stored on your device. There's no account or cloud sync yet, so progress doesn't move to a new phone or survive uninstalling. Purchases always restore (see above). If cloud save matters to you, email us; it helps us prioritize.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling Racquet Blob deletes everything stored on your device. The game has no account, and the anonymous analytics and crash data it sends aren't linked to you. See the privacy policy for exactly what's collected.

Something's Broken

If the game crashes, a match behaves strangely, or something looks wrong, please email us with:

About the Game

Racquet Blob is a physics tennis game made by Andrew Murphy. Swipe to swing, climb the Season Tour against nine rivals, and play across twelve venues.
